What services can the BRMC offer in return for data?

In return for the use of supplier's data the BRMC may be able to offer certain services, within the restrictions imposed by our limited resources.

Services in return for supplying data to the BRMC include:
Handling data searches at the BRMC, instead of the data supplier having to deal with consultants
Independent checking of records (e.g. to help spot bad grid references)
Backups of databases
Forwarding records to recording schemes, individuals or organizations, if desired and agreed.

Potential services that can be discussed include:

Data entry into computer. (Digitization)
Analysis of data. (e.g. comparison of different datasets)
Dissemination of recording methods, standards, forms, etc. (e.g. via this website)
Contributions towards books (e.g. BNHS publications) subject to approval by data holders.
Collation and dissemination of historical data
