Size: 38 ha (94 acres) Site of Special Scientific Interest Main paths in wood are level. Minor paths are wet in places. Meadow paths tussocky. Grazing animals at certain times of the year.

Directions

A quarter of a mile east of Flitwick. From the Tesco roundabout in the centre of Flitwick on the A5120 cross over the railway bridge, turn right at roundabout, then immediately left into King's Road. After 500 metres turn left in to Maulden Road, towards the A507. After a quarter of a mile turn right at Folly Farm opposite the Massmold factory, following track to the small car park.

On foot there is a foopath to the reserve from Moor Lane, which is just on the right after you turn left in to Maulden Road from King's Road.

There are frequent buses from both Bedford and Luton to Flitwick.

Train to Flitwick then walk three quarters of a mile.
