Directions
In Northampton. At junction of A45 and A428 on east side of Northampton take A428 towards town centre. 500 m further after junction with A4501 take left in to Midsummer Meadow car park. Entrance is across bridge adjacent. Section to south of river is accessed via winding route past Canoe Club and over two bridges.
Buses to Brackmills go down Cliftonville Road and Bedford Road.
Walk one and a half miles from city centre on Nene Way long distance footpath
