School fundraising

Is your school Wild About Life?

Since 2006, schools across Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire have helped wildlife by taking part in fundraising activities and supporting projects. Many schools are already involved with our work through the education services provided at our education centres.

Our Wild About Life programme contains fundraising activities, which are designed to give schools that wish to help our work the information and resources they need to do so. Our community fundraising officer, visits schools to deliver fascinating and inspiring presentations about local wildlife and the work of the Wildlife Trust. It is interactive for younger pupils and deals with food chains, habitats, the environment, climate change, and how their support can help us work for wildlife.

The Trust are keen to hear from any school that would like to give its pupils the opportunity to take part in an exciting and educational learning activity and raise vital funds for the Trust’s work. For further information on how your school can get involved, please contact Linda Marshall on 01234 364213 or email linda.marshall (at) wildlifebcnp.org

For a comprehensive list of all the schools that have taken part to date, please visit the fundraising schools page.
