Support us
To continue our work to protect local wildlife, the Trust relies on the support of local people across our area, and sometimes beyond. We hope that by providing a range of opportunities, we will increase local support for and involvement in our work. Below are the primary ways in which individuals can help:
- Becoming a member is one of the key ways to help our work
- Make a donation to either a specific appeal or our work in
- Adopt a species as an unusual gift to family, friends, loved ones, or for yourself!
- Shop for wildlife and the Trust receives a donation
for what you buy
- Recycle for wildlife and the Trust receives a donation
for what you recycle
- In memoriam donations allow you to
remember a loved one and help wildlife
- Legacies are a way of giving so that future generations
can enjoy the benefits of nature
Other ways to support us are through volunteering opportunities, which include helping your Local Members Group organise and run wildlife events, and Wildlife Trust Ecology Groups that support a network of local nature reserves with similar habitats. For more information on how to get actively involved, please visit the Activities for all section.
Could your company help wildlife?
Corporate involvement is a way for your company to make positive contribution, through membership, sponsorship, and/or staff team building days on one of our nature reserves. Follow the link to find out more.
