Community and education team receive a boost
New minibus enables team to spread the conservation message across our area
Thanks to the votes cast by our members, the Trust has been awarded a £50,000 grant for a brand new minibus and activity trailer. The grant came from the Big Lottery Fund and ITV's Peoples Millions scheme and is already enabling the Trust's Community and Education team to deliver our conservation message across our area.
In August, the new vehicles were decorated with stunning wildlife scenes, by local artist Chris Shields, and they have been getting lots of use across the area, making appearances at Summer Leys and Grafham Water.
